Adrienne Powell Ruffin, DSL, is vice president and head of LTSS Strategic Initiatives and Operations in the Washington, DC office of the LeadingAge LTSS Center @UMass Boston. She is responsible for leading the LTSS Center’s strategic initiatives and overseeing the center’s day-to-day operations, ongoing infrastructure development, and research administration.
Ruffin previously worked for the United Negro College Fund (UNCF) as director of the $42 million Lilly Endowment/UNCF HBCU Program. That program provided grants to 42 historically black colleges and universities for student scholarships, faculty development, and capital projects.
Ruffin holds a doctoral degree in strategic leadership from Regent University, and an MBA from Johns Hopkins University.
