“Transforming Homes and Communities to Support Healthy Aging: Innovations and Visions for the Future” is the theme of the 2018 National Morton Kesten Summit. The summit will explore developments in 4 key areas of supportive home environments: fall prevention, home modification, service connections, and technology.
Professionals and practitioners from the aging, housing, disability, and health care sectors will gain a better understanding of new developments and current best practices in supportive home environments, partnerships, and initiatives.
Robyn Stone, co-director of the LeadingAge LTSS Center @UMass Boston, will present. The summit is sponsored by the Leonard Davis School of Nursing at the University of Southern California Leonard Davis School of Gerontology.
