LeadingAge Ohio is sponsoring this one-day conference, which will focus on innovations that housing operators have deployed to secure payment for the services they provide to residents.

Robyn Stone, co-director of the LeadingAge LTSS Center @UMass Boston, will serve on the conference panel.

The day will begin with a high-level view of where aging services is headed and what new practices offer the most promise. On-site service coordination is one solution, and participants will learn how different partnerships have worked—or not worked—to create sustainable funding streams for this vital service. Later in the day, participants will hear about different models that allow healthcare providers to assume full risk for the population they serve, as well as the cost-effective savings.
