LTSS Center Research Fellow Jane Tavares will participate in a session entitled, “Older American’s Economic Insecurity During the COVID-19 Pandemic.” Panelists will:

• Discuss the results of research exploring the economic hardship faced by older Americans during the pandemic.
• Educate those who conduct advocacy on behalf of older adults about economic insecurity among older adult women of color.
• Share ideas about potential solutions to address these problems, combat poverty, and provide more opportunities for women to build wealth over time.
