Robyn Stone, co-director of the LeadingAge LTSS Center @UMass Boston, will discuss “Connecting Facts with Figures: Improving Quality of Care & Retention” at the 7th Annual Memory Care Summit sponsored by The Erickson School of the University of Maryland Baltimore County. The summit takes place Jan. 22-24 at Disney’s Yacht and Beach Club Resort in Lake Buena Vista, FL.
Stone will offer participants tips on creating evidence-based, return-on-investment solutions to workforce issues. She will discuss how to use human resources to your advantage, create a staffing model that works beyond staffing ratios, ensure that your workforce is trained in “Memory Care,” and move beyond “Satisfaction Surveys” to see if your solutions are working.
